What is BBQ? Real BBQ is made by slow cooking for a long time at a low temperature with wood smoke for flavor. Seasoning comes from dry rubs and sauces are used as a condiment when eaten.
Starters
Smoked Andouille Kabob
Spicy andouille sausage, dried apricot, and bacon cooked slowed slowly on the smoker then finished with raspberry sauce. Perfect mix of sweet & spicy. $7.00
Caprese
Tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. $6.00
Smoked Chicken Wings
Dry rubbed and slow smoked, served with choice of BBQ, honey mustard, or peppercorn ranch sauce. $7.25
